You can now get a piece of tradition by indulging in the art of cooking, using the Wada Kolam rice with our fine quality rice grains. These grains are ideal to cook. Sourced from the tribal jungles of Central India, harvested from the native tribes, Keshar Kali comes in Wada Kolam 5kg packets and bags of 10kg, and 30 kg respectively. They are finely packed and sealed in sturdy bags ensuring safety, cutting out any risk or any sort of tears or spilling.
Experience the versatile nature of the Wada Kolam rice 10Kg that can be used to cook any kind of South and North Indian dishes, other than biryani where the rice is expected to be long. The aroma from this type, adds a distinct nature to each recipe, making the dishes true to their authenticity.
Our fine quality rice comes in small packets of 5 kg or in bags of Wada Kolam rice 30 kg, and 10kg variants, making it ideal for safe transportation and storage. Our bags are made of premium quality, made to withstand the stress of handling while loading and unloading in large quantities.
The unique fragrance and flavour to this type of rice makes it an ideal option to suit any kind of dishes from lemon rice, sambar rice, curd rice to pulao, blending in perfectly with the addition of different ingredients.
The Keshar Kali Wada Kolam rice 1kg suffices the nutritional intake for about 7 to 8 people sitting for a full course meal. It is packed with essential protein, fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals required for our body.
Rinse the rice thoroughly in clean running water till the rice is free from residue.
Add 1 cup of cleaned Wada Kolam rice to 2 parts of water. If you are cooking Wada Kolam rice 10 kg, take the measurements of water according to this proportion and cook it in a cooker.
Close the lid of the cooker and cook for 10 to 15 minutes under medium flame and leave it to cook until you hear 2 whistles.
Once the rice is cooked, let it rest until the steam evaporates and slowly open the lid and fluff the rice for uniform texture and softness.
