1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
2. Add peanuts, cashews, urad dal and fry them until golden brown.
3. Add green chilli and sauté it.
4. Add cooked rice, salt and lemon juice, then mix well.
5. Let it cook for a minute and pack it with crunchy papads for a fun lunchbox addition.
• 2 cups cooked rice
• ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• 2 tbsp butter or ghee
• Salt to taste

2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they turn soft.
3. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
4. Toss everything well and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pack it warm with a side of cucumber slices or a boiled egg for a wholesome meal.

• 7-8 curry leaves
• 1 tbsp peanuts
• 1 tbsp urad dal
• 1 green chili(chopped)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• Salt to taste

3. Stir in grated coconut and cooked rice, mix well and cook for a minute.

• 1 cup washed and soaked rice
• ½ cup peas
• 2 green chilli (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 bay leaf
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp ghee
• Salt to taste
1. Heat ghee in pressure cooker, add cumin seeds & bay leaf.
2. Add onions and green chilli, sauté hem until they become soft
3. Add peas and stir well & cook for minutes
4. Then add the washed and soaked rice and mix well.
5. Add salt to taste. Then add 2 cups of water.
6. Close the lid and cook it for three whistles.
7. Rest it for 5 minutes, until the pressure is removed from the pressure cooker.
8. Open the lid, mix it and pack it with a side of fresh fruit.
