  • 1 teaspoon salt (or according to your taste)
  • 5 – 6 curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of any cold-pressed edible oil
  • Coriander or mint leaves for garnishing (optional)

  • Step 15: Add salt and again give it a good mix. Turn off the gas.
